研究领域与学术成果

利用各种先进的电子显微分析技术研究材料的结构以及材料的合成/处理、结构、和性能之间内在的联系,探索提高材料物理和力学性能的途径。所研究的材料包括半导体量子点、半导体纳米线、超导体、碳纳米管、纳米金属块体材料、和铁电材料等。至今已在《自然材料》、《自然通讯》、《先进材料》、《纳米快报》、《物理评论快报》、《应用物理快报》等国际学术期刊发表论文约200篇。这些文章已被引用9,000多次,H-因子达51
